ASPIRE

ASPIRE is an online program to help teens quit smoking. It has different sections for students who are just experimenting with tobacco and for those who are addicted and even for those who are not interested in quitting now.

BecomeAnEx.org

BecomeAnEx strives to help you identify your triggers... any time, place, activity or person can trigger your desire to smoke. Once your triggers are identified, BecomeAnEx.org provides resources to teach you how to deal with these urges without smoking. Information is available in English and Spanish.

CATCH My Breath

The CATCH Program collaborated with researchers at Michael & Susan Dell Center for Healthy Living at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) School of Public Health to create CATCH My Breath™, a youth e-cigarette, vape, JUUL, and vape prevention program specific to grades 5-12.

Nuestras Voces (Our Voices) Network Program

The National Alliance for Hispanic Health's Nuestras Voces (Our Voices) Network Program is an initiative of the Centers for Disease and Control and Prevention Networking2Save consortium of national networks implementing population-specific and public health-oriented strategies, to impact the prevalence of commercial tobacco use and tobacco related cancers.

Smokefree.gov is a federal program that has many resources to help tobacco usrs quit, including tailored programs for teens, women, veterans, older adults and spanish speakers.

Quitnet.com is an interactive online community that provides smoking cessation support. Registration is required.

Quit the Hit helps you quit vaping through support from private groups on Instagram. Join a Quit the Hit group and we’ll help you cope with the stress and anxiety of quitting.
